Travis should not lock. All commits are going throw travis, but sometimes i validate commit even when travis is ko, because commit is a large commit and an important feature or bug fix, so i don't want to wait to have conflict with other commit reducing chance to include this important commit. I validate this with in mind that travis errors will be fixed soon later.
