3.2.0 of Dolibarr.
You can download it on www.dolibarr.org
Note that into this version, a known bug has been found. The feature to
automatically close a proposal when an order is closed does not work
anymore.
If you don't use proposal module, or order module of if you don't use
this feature, you can upgrade to 3.2.0. Otherwise, we invite you to wait
version 3.2.1
