The bottom fields are created by a function from
htdocs/core/lib/pdf.lib.php function pdf_pagefoot
Try to add the info for CEO stored in
$conf->global->MAIN_INFO_SOCIETE_MANAGERS and see if it shows ok.
See examples with $line1, $line2 ...

this is a little difficult. In Germany this information is mandatory
on vouchers, so yes, it IS useful. On the other hand the "plain"
information is useless, we'd also need some kind of caption which
needs to be printed also. Similar to the following fields (like tax-no
and court) which also are prepended with their respective title.
But the current caption is too unspecific and in fact I think
depending on the legal form of the company it could be something else. :(
