You should not create invoice with Belgian VAT if you're a french organisation. You should create your invoice without TVA https://www.service-public.fr/professionnels-entreprises/vosdroits/F33340 "Lorsque l'entreprise prestataire n'est pas établie dans le même État que le preneur, elle doit facturer sa prestation hors taxes (HT), et c'est à l'acheteur assujetti de déclarer la TVA et s'en acquitter auprès de son administration fiscale (c'est le régime de l'auto-liquidation de la TVA par le preneur)." -- Agis seulement d'après la maxime grâce à laquelle tu peux vouloir en même temps qu'elle devienne une loi universelle. - Kant
