Yes - this is a current bug that needs fixing - I'll be working on that next week when I get back home from a long vacation. For now you might want to remove the TestEmbeddedHandler.java from your local CVS repository for now ;-). Its hopefully rare when the CVS HEAD fails a JUnit test case. This one should work by next week for sure.
