Summary: exception when selecting by an attribute with null value
Initial Comment:
the following snippet causes a NullPointerException:
Document doc = DocumentHelper.createDocument();
// maybe a null value should not be allowed?
doc.addElement("a").addAttribute("b", null);
// select by an null attribute value causes exception
doc.selectSingleNode("[EMAIL PROTECTED] = 1]");
