I've checked into CVS the fixes for these problems I think. Could you try
doing a CVS update and running your build again to see if I've fixed them?
(I don't have a Linux box handy these days).
I run the build on win2000 and SourceForge's Linux boxes (VA Linux) the
build works (though it had that javadoc warning until now).
I've made offline-javadoc the default javadoc target now - thats to say the
javadoc target doesn't require internet access to build, it doesn't cross
reference the generated JavaDoc with the JDK and JAXP. Only the release
build does that (using the internal release-javadoc target).
