Hi! I might be off because I don't know the XML standard good enogh but if I add a processinstruction to the document I would imagine that it should be placed between the <xml tag and the root element.
I can't find any specifics about this in the standard, but all example document I have and my reference book always place it there. Is this a bug or ??
