Dhadi

How do you declare DocType in your XML file (can you copy/paste the declaration in an e-mail)? Also, which parser are you using and have you tried using some public ID (e.g. XHTML or something)?
Have you changed any of the security (policy) settings in your JDK 1.3 installation?
