I want to read a xml file that has a reference to a dtd file. But the problem is that that dtd file contains errors(the file has not a utf-8 format).
I know I could convert this dtd file with the utf-8 enconding, but I would like to control this error in further occasions just by ignoring the reference. By searching in the mailiing list archive I read that I could use the EntityResolver class to solve especify another dtd file, but I would like just to ignore it... can that be done?
