There is a problem with the formatting of comments in the PDF version of the dom4j cookbook, i.e. the comments in code snippets.
For example in acrobat, the comment:
/** dom4j object model representation of a xml document. Note: We use
private Document doc;
runs off the page such that "use" is not visible. Also, it is not possible to scroll to the right, i.e. the scroll bar is inactive. There seem to be many other instances of this problem as well. Thanks
