Hi!
When trying to remove all <script> nodes from a html DOM a
NullPointerException is thrown:
Document doc = reader.read(new StringReader(string));
Node article =
doc.selectSingleNode("/html/body/table[3]/tbody/tr[5]/td
| /html/body/table[3]/tr[5]/td".toUpperCase());
article.accept(new VisitorSupport()
{
public void visit(Element node)
{
if (node.getName().equalsIgnoreCase("script"))
node.detach();
}
});
Why?
