I hope I understand your question correctly...
In the process you describe, you could use dom4j to:
[1] parse your SOAP message,
[2] extract all the relevant information from it,
[3] generate a new XML (UI) document
When you have generated the XML (UI)
document you can display this document in
any XML (UI) application.
Note: Skip step 3 if you just want to display the
information in the SOAP message using your own
GUI.
I'm sorry but you'll still have to do the difficult bits
yourself.
