I submitted a patch a few weeks ago to get factories working again, and you correctly pointed out at the time that I didn't actually attach a patch to the request. I did that the same day or the next day, but I can't tell if you just haven't had time to look at it or whether you aren't interested in applying it. Any news on this? Dentaku has a local dependency on fixed version of dom4j, since I needed factories to get around the funny implementation of DefaultElement.visit().
