I'm trying to prettyprint a document as XHTML. But real XHTML documents have a doctype declaration that looks like <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd";>. I can't figure out how to get this generated in the output.
