Great parser, I'm having as much fun as one can have parsing XML with it
for what that's worth. I have one request about the javadocs. Could you
leave deprecated methods in the Javadoc and just mark them as deprecated?
For example, handle() in ElementHandler was replaced by onStart() and
onEnd(). I was briefly confused by this as I had taken a break from my
project, came back to it, downloaded 0.4. My project ran but when I went to
reference the Javadoc I got lost. Comparing versions of the sample file
LargeDocumentDemo.java put me right.
