I've patched the code so that setName(String) on Element now works fine.
Also I've added a setQName(Qname) method to the Element interface and the
implementations so that element renaming should now work fine.
I've added a test case called testRename() to the org.dom4j.TestGetQNames
JUnit test case in dom4j/src/test which demonstrates these features in
action.
