We're nearly there. The new Maven build is almost there now, just one or two
unit tests failing so I do hope by next wednesday for it to be out. Also
there's a new Jaxen release out soon, so the next dom4j will use that.

FWIW if you ever need to use a newer version of Jaxen, you could try using
just the dom4j-core.jar along with jaxen*.jar and saxpath*.jar and that
should work.
