Hey, I'm using DOM4J with Xerces and XML Schema and after reading in a file new attributes appear in the tree which aren't in the file. These attributes seem to be the ones that have defaults defined in the Schema. How do I turn this off or detect that the attribute wasn't in the file? Thanks, Tim
