Hello

As it turns out, I don't need to use the RWI at all. I had been looking at
an earlier version of the API. I can call get_order_info and then call
either sw_register or renew_domain depending on whether the cancelled order
was a new domain/transfer or a renewal.

I don't have to start from scratch after all.
