The API Helpdesk was a project of one of our former sales engineers, Steve D'Sa, built on his own initiative as a tool to help customers. He's since left Tucows and the domain name apihelpdesk.com has since expired.
However, that doesn't mean that API Helpdesk is gone forever. I thought that an API testing utility for OpenSRS was a brilliant idea, and I'm working to put it on a server in the tucows.com domain. I've got the files, and you should expect to see it up and running again soon.
