Hello,
As confirmed on our telephone support call, the Tucows/Webmaillogin mail 
servers have been repeatedly blacklisted (see URLs below) recently.  
This is seriously impacting our clients and our business.  As server 
administrators ourselves, we understand how this happens occasionally 
however, considering the number of webmaillogin users more proactive 
action is needed.

I am requesting that Tucows issue a statement/explanation to the 
reseller community that we in turn can use to explain or ease the end 
users anxiety/frustration.

Please confirm receipt and proposed solutions.
