Here is the xml with headers I send over a HTTPS connection... Yesterday I got this error 80% of the time today I would say 40% of the time. I recover from this error by reloading the page. Can it be network issues that causes this? > > Emailing the Admin when a transfer is cancelled is normal. I will check with > the developers to see if they intended that to occur in Test. I have another problem with transfers via the reseller test environment. When can I transfer a domain via the test environment? When is a domain transferrable? Can the test environment handle the transfer of a domain? Every domain I try to transfer via the test environment gives an error - "Domain not Transferrable". In the past I could transfer the domain "4d2.com" (this was the only domain I could get to transfer) via the test environment. It stopped in the "Awaiting Owner Approval" state, when an email should be send to the owner but as this is the test environment it isn't send, after wich I only cancelled the transfer. Now though I can't even transfer the domain "4d2.com" any more. I get the error "Domain not transferrable, transfer in progress". I looked under orders in progress, but the domain isn't listed there. > > The Reseller Test page - https://horizon.opensrs.net/resellers - is currently > working normally. The problem you describe seems to indicate that cookies > and/or Javascript may not be enabled. Today is the first time that the reseller's test page works on my machine. I haven't made any changes to my browser settings. I had a look though at my browser's cookie settings and it is set to allow all cookies. Thanks for the quick response in the past.
