Another option would be to move to a mail client that detects the list from the headers and offers a reply to list option. Among many other options mine has
| Reply | Reply to List | Reply to All | Forward | which I've found to be very useful. No more erasing cc:'s or to:'s and moving the list from cc to to:

What a load of crap drivel.
Just because the guy made a mistake ....
If, after reading that page you still think that adding a Reply-To header is a good idea, you are sentenced to two years of running your own high-traffic list, where you will surely learn the error of your ways.
I run many high traffic lists and always set replies to go to the list.
If users receive mail from a list then that is where they should direct replies by default, they should have to think if they want anything else to happen.
The main downside of not having a reply-to header is you may get two copies of replies to your message.
