Hi all, I know Nominet offer a service to change the registrant for a fee on .uk domain names so am I right in thinking Verisign offer a similar service for .com domains? If yes can someone fill me in on the procedure?
We have one customer here who has had the registry company go bankrupt with the domain still locked. There doesn't seem to be anything he can do from his end and all our attempts to contact them have also failed.
