That's not been my experience and that's why I ordered the renewal that

"Documentation" was done via Duns no., so this shouldn't have been a 
problem for renewal. The original was issued within 2 (two!) hours. And the 
other renewals I did so far (has been a while since then) went quick as 
well. This one now took over two days (2 days and five hours) and I don't 
know whether I got it a few hours ago because of my inquiries (no reaction 
from Geotrust on two tickets yet) or in the normal course of action.

As I see they expand for 13 months now. This allows for early renewal, of 
course, till then you had to wait until the latest in order not to loose 
too many paid days.

I contacted them yesterday and they just said I have to take this up with 
Geotrust. However, I got a phone call from my rep today asking if I still 
need help.
