Hi all,

Anyone had any joy doing this recently? 

My client has had 4 different emails now. The first one asked him to
click a non-existent link and the others, when asking him to return the
mail to confirm - have just automatically sent back a new one. 

I know I can advise him to go over their heads to Nominet but the domain
is (now) out of the registration period. This is only by one day but
this farce has been going on for the last 2 weeks with several telephone
calls from me and my client to their support. He is a technically able
person, running an IT firm himself. Someone more cynical than me might
suggest something here.   

Nominet state that the new agent will have to agree to pay the fees, if
some are now outstanding. Are these at their rates or Tucows prices?
