And now I'll say something nice ... Within minutes of posting my earlier rant, I got e-mails from both Zeljko and Joey asking for more information and asking how they could help make it easier. I still don't think this is going to work for me, at least not in the short term; but that level of responsiveness and concern is very impressive and much appreciated.
