Hi, A customer of ours has registered a domain through a Tucows reseller which has expired. He wants to transfer this domain to us (also Tucows reseller) since the original registrar is broke (bankrupt?). They won't answer transfer mails or any calls.
Is there a way for us to obtain this domain so it can work again? He allready has missed out on e-mails since August 3rd. And waiting for grace period and redemption time is really a long time.
