Read the eNom registrant agreement. It was changed - quite some time  
back - so that they could register names in the registrant's name  
WITHOUT notification, and also change the terms of the agreement  
WITHOUT notification. (I think - IANAL, YMMV etc)

Yet another reason why registrants DESPERATELY need a voice in the  
ICANN process.
