What is the fax number used for in the TrueBiz ID application? I know that client will have to fax in documents, but is it part of the process now for client to be able to receive a fax back? If so, what is coming back? Iam trying to decide if I can just put my own fax in there (just in case) OR if client needs to expect a fax to be sent back (for sure). ... In the case of a client faxing from a copy shop, is it safer to make alternate arrangements with a friend perhaps so private docs are not sitting in a shop for hours? Or is it a very rare occurrence that anything is faxed back?
