Wim, The application for .EU Sunrise can be found in the RWI, under the heading .EU Orders.
You would not be able to have access to it unless you have previously signed the new reseller agreement (which includes .EU) and posted the new terms on your site. If you need to find the agreement, you can log into the Reseller Resource Centre and it is listed under the contracts section.
