I went to the Contracts page in the Reseller Resource Center (https://rrc.tucows.com/contracts) and downloaded several contracts with no problems whatsoever using Firefox and Safari on the Mac and Firefox and Internet Explorer on Windows. I wan't able to try it out on Linux (my Linux box isn't working right), but I'm pretty sure that'll work too.
