Generally it means that someone here's canceled out the order for some reason or another. If it's preceded by a bunch of "couldn't parse WHOIS info" messages then it's likely because the other Registrar is having chronic issues with their WHOIS server, but it really can be a number of problems. I poked around your account and found a domain with this error and also "Unable to process transfer: Authorization error", which is likely a problem with the auth code.
