I would only give them access to the Horizon environment and change your password to something you never use elsewhere. They can do most things in Horizon they can on Live, except for the entire transfer process. (probably a few others, that just came to mind and is the most common) If they need to test in the Live environment, give them a private key -- they don't need your RWI password. It may be worthwhile to have them signup for a Reseller account as part of your contract with them, though. Switching it over to interface with your account is generally as simple as changing the Username and Private Key.
