Any timeline for the Euro ccTLD's? IDN's are exploding, and the imminent release of IE7 will increase that.
On the subject of .de (both IDN and ASCII) many registrars offer a German mailing address for their registrants to use for the tech contact for the domain. Does Tucows have such an address?
