Seems to be, yes. Not only a pop-under, but one that was built to look
like a Windows Explorer window, trying to trick a user into clicking
where they didn't want?

Nor does the HTML doesn't validate.

I could swear I opt'd out, but I can't find any reply to a messages
requesting opt-out. Of course I have no responses to my inquiries about
the last two times Manage DNS's outage despite the 100% SLA either.

So apparently I have not opt'd out as I have an expired domain with a
pop-under. Classy. Maybe we could have it exploit unpatched browsers
and install spyware to create even more pop-up/pop-unders... That would
bring in some more revenue!
