I've failed to find any conclusive information regarding the owner_confirm_address for .be/.de/.eu transfers. Does it have to be set to the current admin contact (ie you'd have to go to http://www.whois.eu/ and manually enter the address from the graphic there) or can it be the same as the admin contact we're providing in the order anyway? The domains I've tried it on so far have them the same anyway so it's difficult to draw any conclusions? In otherwords, what is the *point* of this field?
