Hello, I called the .EU registry and they are accepting our transactions again. Please re-submit any failed orders via "View Pending Orders" in your RWI.
However, please note that any .EU domain past it's expiry date has been deleted. This is a unique EURid process that makes .EU domains significantly different from the gTLDs. It is extremely important that all .EU domains be renewed *before* expiry. If you have any domains that are deleted, please Email the details to the Reseller Email address listed in your RSP account.
