Just to clarify, I've read through the certificate documentation here:

and the "Approver Email" item in the "Digital Certificates Order Form 
Elements" says this:

> above. The first two email addresses are taken directly from

I am *not* seeing the Registered Domain Admin (or Tech) contact listed 
when I initially try to order the certificate, but they are present when 
editing a saved order.
