If he let it lapse tomorrow, would you consider it a "premium" domain? 
Oh, yeah, I almost forgot - you could collect maybe $3.20 a month by 
snagging it and putting up some Google ads.

Sometimes I just wish we could opt out of all the bullshit that has become 
of the domain name game.  It's been rather sad to see Tucows embracing 
this approach.  Less and less distinguishes them from the other registrars 
with of these new "services" that they offer.
