We greylist. The hostedemail.com used by OpenSRS support were retrying at 58000 seconds or some such end of last week, which is a tad slow for support issues I think.
I've manually whitelisted hostedemail.com for ourselves. Did this change with the recent shuffles, as I can't believe I haven't had 5 emails from support.
