Hi,
Is anyone having issues with transferring .CA domain names to OpenSRS?
This is the third case in less than 2 weeks in which the customers
did not respond to the transfer letter fromm OpenSRS but for some
reason in the admin panel, it had it as:
Pending Registry Approval
instead of:
Pending Owner Approval
The customers already received email from CIRA that the transfer has
timed out and to resubmit the transfer.
But the system does not allow it when the status incorrectly shows as
"Pending Registry Approval".
I called and emailed [EMAIL PROTECTED] to manually cancel the
transfer as it's in this status for 2 weeks but have yet to receive
any response.
The first case had it in this status for 3 weeks that incorrectly
showed Pending Registry Approval.
We've been using OpenSRS since for 7 years and never had a problem before.
