Here's a simple solution -- Everyone who hates the parked pages, make your own and host it yourself!
Sheeesh! It's a free service fercryinoutloud! In fact, it PAYS you to use it. If you don't like it, don't use it. Hire a designer and a programmer (I'm available) and make your own parked pages. If you want to, you could even pool your resources -- there seems to be quite a few here who agree with youz. But this discussion is treading water now, and it has been since around the 5th post.
