I have no major problems with it. However, I would hope that the WHOIS on the expired domain names, if they're being parked, change to a Tucows holding account of some sort, e.g. "Expired Domains Department, Tucows" to avoid any legal issues (e.g. suppose there was some inappropriate content served up by the expired page landers, the legal risk should be with Tucows and not the original registrant).
