I've registered domains in Tucows since 2001. Than everything ws good. Suport was ok and fee didn't was so high. Now I sometimes think, Tucows is something different. Prices is high. Suport doesn't work good. When I write to reseller-support there is no reply or I must wait few days for your answer. Support emergency doesn;t help, too. I've wait for registration domain co.uk for 24 hours and there is no reply. And prices for registrations domain are various. In the pricing list domain .name cost $8,45 http://services.tucows.com/services/domains/pricing/ But last I paid $10,05 for new registration domain .name and next time I was paid $9,20. Also in your pricing list there is no fee for change holder for domain .it but few weeks ago I was charge for change holder (this ammount back to me when I write to support but your pricing list doesn't change yet. I will be very grateful if Tucows will be work normally.
