Hello,
We are trying to add the domain name into the Subject line in the
email template for the mandatory end-user 5-day renewal/expiration
message, but have been unsuccessful.
We go into the RWI, click "Renewal Management", then select
"Configure daily end user renewal reminder email", then scroll down
to the "5 Day Message Customization" section.
We are able to update the message body text and the Subject text, but
have been unable to substitute the current domain name into either
the Subject or the message body areas.
We have tried using "{{domain_name}}" as is documented at the top of
this page, but it just inserts "{{domain_name}}" instead of the
domain name. On some other template pages, the use of "{{domain}}"
is mentioned, so we tried that here as well, but it didn't work either.
How do we get the current domain name to be substituted into the
Subject line and into the message body areas of these system
generated email messages?
