Our reseller account has access to domain usernames & passwords through the RWI 
(we click a button & we can see them).  We acquired another reseller's 
customers this week and thought we would be able to get to the domain usernames 
& passwords. We can't.  This is a big problem for us.

How can I get the username/password access activated on the other reseller 
account?

--- Rant warning ---
Tucows support on this has been LOUSY. I emailed reseller support on Monday, 
got a ticket # response, but have seen nothing more.  I called support on 
Tuesday, got somebody who told me I needed to send to a different email address 
to get help faster, got a ticket # response, but still see no response.  I felt 
like the guy I spoke to on the phone was trying to be helpful, but he just 
didn't have the training and nobody was available for him to escalate the issue 
to.  This is day three. My new customers are in limbo and I am NOT happy.
