It looks like NetSol is still enforcing their 60-day lock on domains 
after a whois record change.

I was just on the phone with a rep there and he basically told me as 
much. When I pointed out to him the latest from ICANN he said "I'm sure 
our transfer team is aware of this and making the necessary changes"
