Hi,

I just found out that several .eu and .be domains have transferred away from our reseller account to another registry. We were never notified about these transfers, thus we continued to charge our customer for these domains. Now our customer says these domains are not registered with us anymore. This is not a nice way to find out. How come we weren't notified about these transfers?
